  1. Q: Can I still buy tickets?
    A: Click Here, Yes but they are almost sold out (Less then 1000 left)

    Q: I got an upgrade email what does this mean ?
    A: On the night of the event go to box office and they will give you a better ticket then the one you bought.

    Q: How old do i have to be?
    A: We would like you to be 16 but you don't need ID. (to drink you must have 21 and over Valid ID)

    Q: What time should I get to the show?
    A: Get to the show early – Around 8:15 PM– 8:30 PM

    Q: The Show Is GA? What does that mean?
    A: There are no assigned seats, just assigned sections.

    Q. Will they search me at Door 
    A. Yes and If You Have Anything On you illegal the Police will Arrest you 

    Q. If I Come To the Venue Not Sober / Drunk or Anything Else 
    A. We will Not let you in The Venue 

  2. Q: Can I stay with my friends during the night?
    A: If you have 100 section , you have to stay in the 100 section.
    If you have 200 sections have to stay in the 200 section.
    If you have 300 section has to stay in the 300 section.
    Floor section has to stay on the floor.
    So stay with your friends, pick a spot and dance!

  3. Q: What time do the doors open?
    A: Doors Open at 8 PM – music starts at 10pm with Otto Knows, Then Alesso , Then Sebastian  Show Ends 2AM

    Q: What time should I get to the show?
    A: Get to the show early – Around 8:15 PM– 8:30 PM

    Q: Should I wear a costume?
    A: We expect and hope you ALL to wear costumes.

    Q: Will alcohol be available?
    A: 21 and older can drink with a valid state ID.

    Q: Are there Cash Machines or ATM’s available?
    A: ATM’s are available throughout the Nassau Coliseum

    Q: Can I buy tickets at the Box Office?
    A: Tickets are available at the Nassau Coliseum Box Office until the event is SOLD OUT

    Q: Can I exchange or refund my ticket after purchase?
    A: No, ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE FINAL

    Q: Can I bring any food or drinks inside?
    A: No, the Nassau Coliseum is equipped with a world-class concession where food and drinks are available for purchase. 

    Q: Is there anything I am not allowed to bring inside?
    A: Yes, for your safety and the safety of others the Nassau Coliseum has a list of prohibited items listed below:
